Out of Hand is an EP by Deep Purple, released on 18 April 2015 through earMUSIC. It arrived between two of the band's later studio albums, Now What?! in 2013 and Infinite in 2017, and gives a snapshot of the group during that stretch of their long career.
For anyone who has followed Deep Purple from Machine Head and Perfect Strangers through to their more recent records, it's a short and easy way to catch up with where they were in the mid-2010s. It suits listeners who like to hear how a veteran hard rock band carries on after decades of making records.
