I Beat Loneliness

I Beat Loneliness is the tenth studio album from Bush, released on 18 July 2025 through earMUSIC. It follows The Art of Survival from 2022 and continues a run of records that began with Sixteen Stone in 1994. Two singles led the way: "60 Ways to Forget People" in April, then "The Land of Milk and Honey" in June.

What sets it apart is how openly it deals with its subject matter. The lyrics turn to mental health, loneliness and depression, and Gavin Rossdale, the band's frontman and main songwriter, has called it Bush's most personal record yet. Spill Magazine described it as one of their most vulnerable albums to date. If you've followed the band since the 1990s, it's an interesting chance to hear Rossdale in a more exposed frame of mind.
