EP
Beer Hippy
Beer Hippy is an EP from Melvins, released on 30 September 2015 through Amphetamine Reptile Records. It arrived in the middle of a very busy stretch for the band, who by then had been making records since Gluey Porch Treatments in 1987 and showed no sign of slowing down.
It sits between Hold It In, from 2014, and Three Men and a Baby, which followed in 2016. For anyone following the band's story, it's a small but telling piece of that run, and the Amphetamine Reptile label name will ring a bell for listeners who remember the noisy underground rock of the early 1990s.
