World Gone Mad
World Gone Mad is the thirteenth studio album by Suicidal Tendencies, the American crossover thrash band, and it arrived on 30 September 2016 on the band's own Suicidal Records. It follows 13, from 2013, and sits just before Still Cyco Punk After All These Years in 2018.
This is a record of firsts for the line-up. It is the first studio album to feature Dave Lombardo on drums, Ra Díaz on bass and Jeff Pogan on rhythm guitar, and it remains the only one of original material with that trio. Vocalist Mike Muir said at the time that it might be the band's final studio album, though he later took that back. For anyone who loved the band's late-80s and 90s output, it's worth hearing for the Lombardo connection alone.
