Tora Tora Tora is a live EP from the Melvins, released in 1995 on X-Mas Records. It sits in the sludge metal band's catalogue as a special release rather than a regular studio album, arriving in the same period as Prick and Stoner Witch, both of which came out in 1994.
The record documents the band's experiences on some of their arena tours, where they played in front of crowds who had come to see the larger bands on the bill. It's a snapshot of the Melvins facing audiences who were not necessarily on their side, which makes it a curious and worthwhile listen for anyone who enjoys the band's confrontational streak.
