B’BOOM: Official Bootleg – Live in Argentina
B'Boom: Official Bootleg – Live in Argentina is a two-CD live set from King Crimson, released on 22 August 1995 on Discipline Global Mobile. It was recorded over several nights between 6 and 16 October 1994 at the Broadway Theatre in Buenos Aires, with "Heartbeat" taken from a show in Córdoba.
The Argentinian dates were the band's first live performances in more than ten years, so this captures a group returning to the stage ahead of THRAK, which followed in 1995. The album was drawn from soundboard mixes and issued partly to counter an Italian bootleg of the same tour, which was expensive and reportedly sounded dreadful. That urgency left one slip: the credits were lifted from THRAK, so a Mellotron is listed for Robert Fripp although none was played on this tour. For fans of the band's 1980s and 1990s line-up, it is a clean, proper account of that comeback.
