25 & Alive: Boneshaker

Popularity13.3

25 & Alive: Boneshaker captures Motörhead's 25th anniversary show at Brixton Academy on 22 October 2000. It came out as a live DVD in November 2001 on Steamhammer, and the same concert later appeared as the double CD Live at Brixton Academy in December 2003, the band's seventh live album. It arrived a year after the studio record We Are Motörhead.

The night was a party as much as a gig. Former guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clarke joined in, as did Queen's Brian May, Doro Pesch, Whitfield Crane, Ace of Skunk Anansie, and the sons of Lemmy and Phil Campbell. The DVD adds an acoustic session from Clapham, archive film, interviews and songs filmed at Wacken Open Air in August 2001.
