Clean Your Clock
Clean Your Clock is Motörhead's thirteenth live album, released on 10 June 2016 through UDR. It arrived about six months after the death of Lemmy, the band's vocalist and bassist, which gives it a weight that few concert records carry. It follows Bad Magic, the band's final studio album, from 2015.
The recording was made a week after the death of Phil Taylor, who drummed for the band from 1976 to 1983 and again from 1987 to 1992. Lemmy dedicated "Doctor Rock" to him on the night. For listeners who followed Motörhead through their long run of heavy metal and hard rock records, it is a moving document of the group still playing hard as they said goodbye to an old bandmate.
