Under Cöver
Under Cöver is a compilation of cover versions by Motörhead, released on 1 September 2017 through Motörhead Music. It appeared after the band had ended, and it gathers their takes on other artists' songs into one heavy metal collection.
It sits after Bad Magic in 2015, the last of the band's twenty-three studio albums, which began with their self-titled debut in 1977. For anyone who knows Motörhead mainly through their own records, from Overkill and Ace of Spades to 1916 and Aftershock, this offers a different angle: the group at work on material that began life elsewhere.
