EP
Leaders Not Followers
Leaders Not Followers is a covers EP from the British band Napalm Death, released on 25 October 1999 through Relapse Records. Rather than offering new originals, it gathers songs by various punk and metal bands, so it works as a window onto the influences behind the group's grindcore and death metal sound.
It arrived between Words From the Exit Wound and Enemy of the Music Business, the album that followed in 2000. The EP has since been reissued by Secret Records on limited edition red vinyl for Record Store Day 2013, and its tracks also turned up as bonus material on the CD reissue of Enemy of the Music Business. A good one for fans curious about what the band loved before they started tearing it apart.
