Breed to Breathe is an EP by Napalm Death, released on 17 November 1997 through Earache Records on CD. It is filed under death metal, the style the Birmingham band had pushed to its extremes since their early records.

It arrived in the same year as the album Inside the Torn Apart, and just before Words From the Exit Wound in 1998, so it sits in a busy stretch of the band's late-nineties output, following Diatribes in 1996. For anyone tracing the group's path between the early grind of Scum and the later records, it's a short, useful stop along the way.
