Live Corruption
Live Corruption is a live album by the English band Napalm Death, released by Earache Records in 1991. It was recorded at the Salisbury Arts Centre in England on 30 June 1990, and it captures the band playing in front of an audience at the point where grindcore and death metal overlapped in their sound.
It sits between Harmony Corruption, their 1990 studio album, and Utopia Banished, which followed in 1992. The set draws on songs written by the original line-up, so it works as a document of the band's early material as played on stage, and it's a handy one to reach for if you want the raw, fast side of Napalm Death in a live setting.
