Released23 August 2004
Popularity31.2

Leaders Not Followers: Part 2 is a covers album from the British grindcore band Napalm Death, released on 23 August 2004. It gathers their takes on songs from the worlds of hardcore punk and heavy metal, and it follows Order of the Leech from 2002 in their run of studio albums. It was put out by Century Media, with Toy's Factory handling the release in Japan.

It is a good way to hear where the band's roots lie, since they play other people's songs in their own abrasive style. Jesse Pintado is credited with guitars, though Mitch Harris said in a 2005 interview with The Metal Forge that Pintado did not play on the record. The band's next album, The Code Is Red… Long Live the Code, followed in 2005.
