Suicide Pact – You First is the fifth full-length album by Therapy?, released on 18 October 1999. It was their first record for their third label, Ark21, after their previous label folded. The band recorded it at Great Linford Manor in Milton Keynes between 13 July and 15 August 1999, and at 71 minutes it is by far the longest record they have made.

It turns away from the pop leanings of Semi-Detached, and the result is a darker, more twisted collection that seems to answer the constraints bands face on major labels. Radio largely ignored it, it reached number 61 in the UK Albums Chart, and reviews were mixed. Among its songs, "Six Mile Water" was written by Cairns about the end of his friendship with former drummer Fyfe Ewing. It is a bleak, sprawling record, and a fascinating one for anyone following the band's story.
