Babyteeth is the first mini-album from Therapy?, the Northern Irish band who would go on to make a long run of records after it. It came out on 15 July 1991 on Wiiija Records, and it sits right at the start of their story, ahead of Pleasure Death and the rest of their studio catalogue.

The songs were made at Homestead Studio in Randalstown, Northern Ireland, in two sessions. Two tracks were recorded in January 1990, and the remaining ones followed over two days in December that year. The music mixes punk, noise rock and alternative metal with an indie sensibility, and that blend suited the audience listening closely at the time: the record reached number 1 in both the UK and Irish Indie Charts. For anyone tracing how Therapy? began, it is the place to start.
