Pleasure Death is the second mini-album from Northern Irish band Therapy?, released on 27 January 1992 on 12" vinyl through Wiiija Records. It followed their debut mini-album Babyteeth from the previous year, and it sits at the raw, early end of their story, well before the wider success that came later in the decade.

The band recorded it over 14 and 15 August 1991 and mixed it on the following two days at Southern Studios in London, so it has the feel of a record made fast and with little fuss. It reached number 1 on the UK Indie Charts. Later in 1992 it was gathered with Babyteeth on the compilation Caucasian Psychosis, and Southern Records reissued it in 1993 on vinyl, CD and cassette. A 2010 remaster by Harvey Birrell has yet to see an official release.
