High Anxiety is the seventh full-length album by Therapy?, released on 5 May 2003. It was their first record for Spitfire Records, and it was made at Parkgate Studios in Hastings between December 2002 and January 2003. The title comes from the 1977 Mel Brooks film of the same name. It reached number 113 on the UK Albums Chart.

It marks a change of line-up, as the first Therapy? album with drummer Neil Cooper and the last to feature guitarist and cellist Martin McCarrick, who left in 2004. The production has a similar feel to Troublegum, and the songs return to that record's melodic punk. If you miss the band at their most tuneful and direct, this is the place to go. The US edition came as a limited CD-ROM that included the video for If It Kills Me.
