Shameless is the sixth full-length album by Therapy?, released on 3 September 2001. It was the third and last record the band made for Ark 21, and it was recorded at Bob Lang Studios in Seattle across January and February 2001. It also marked the end of an era in the line-up, as drummer Graham Hopkins left that December.

The band describe it as a straightforward punk rock 'n' roll record, with more tunes than its predecessor, Suicide Pact – You First. It reflects the no-nonsense trash-rock they were listening to at the time, so expect something leaner and more direct than much of their earlier work. It came out on CD and cassette, and the limited edition CD-ROM added a live video of "Gimme Back My Brain", filmed at a Visions magazine party in Dortmund in June 2001. It reached number 196 in the UK Albums Chart.
