Dying of Everything
Dying of Everything is the eleventh studio album by American death metal band Obituary, released on 13 January 2023 through Relapse Records. It arrived six years after their self-titled record from 2017, and it carries on a run that began with Slowly We Rot in 1989 and took in Cause of Death, The End Complete and the later comeback albums.
Videos were made for "The Wrong Time", the title track and "Barely Alive", which makes them a handy way in if you want to hear how the band sounds on this record. For anyone who has followed Obituary since the early days, or who dipped in at Frozen in Time and Inked in Blood, it is a chance to hear a long-serving death metal act still putting out new work well into its fourth decade.
