The Last Command is the second studio album by American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released in October 1985 on Capitol Records. It followed their 1984 debut and was produced by Spencer Proffer, who had worked on Quiet Riot's six-times Platinum Metal Health in 1983. It marks the arrival of drummer Steve Riley and the final appearance of founding guitarist Randy Piper.

Several songs have interesting roots. "Cries in the Night" grew out of "Mr. Cool", a 1976 single by the Killer Kane Band, which Blackie Lawless fronted at the time. "Sex Drive" came from Lawless and Piper's earlier band Sister, while "Running Wild in the Streets" was written by Proffer and demoed by others before W.A.S.P. recorded it. The album reached No. 49 on the Billboard 200 in early 1986 and went gold with the RIAA in 1998, a record worth hearing for its mix of old ideas and new line-up.
