Unholy Terror
Unholy Terror is the ninth studio album by the American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released on 3 April 2001 through Metal-is Records. It arrived two years after Helldorado and one year before Dying for the World, in a busy stretch for the band's catalogue.
Fans and critics have often heard it as an "issue" record, one that looks closely at the world and its many vices rather than settling for the usual metal themes. It also marks the last appearance of longtime guitarist Chris Holmes, which gives it extra weight for anyone following the band's story. Worth a listen for the lyrical focus and as the end of a long-running line-up chapter.
