Wrecking Your Neck: Live is Overkill's first full-length live album, released on 30 May 1995 through CMC International Records. It was recorded at a March 1995 show in Cleveland, Ohio. The first pressing came with a bonus CD of the band's self-titled EP, which had been out of print for ten years. A video was also made for "Bastard Nation".

The record marks a few turning points in the band's story. It was their first release on CMC, after a near-decade-long stretch with Atlantic Records, and it was the last to feature guitarists Rob Cannavino and Merritt Gant. For anyone tracing the thrash band's path through the mid-1990s, it captures that line-up on stage just before the change.
