Flavors of Entanglement is Alanis Morissette's seventh studio album, released on 30 May 2008. It was produced by Guy Sigsworth and turned toward a new musical style for her, mixing alternative rock with pop. The title comes from a lyric in the song "Moratorium". It was also the last record she made for Maverick, the label she left in 2009 once promotion for the album had finished.

Critics were generally positive about the fresh sound, though some felt the lyrics lacked the originality of her earlier work. It reached number eight on the US Billboard 200 and won Pop Album of the Year at the 2009 Juno Awards. A US tour ran from September to November 2008. It is worth hearing as the point where Morissette changed her sound, closing one chapter of her career.
