Us and Them is the fifth studio album by Godflesh, the English industrial metal band, released in May 1999 on Earache Records. It followed Songs of Love and Hate from 1996 and came before Hymns in 2001. The record carries over the influence of the group's 1997 remix album Love and Hate in Dub, bringing breakbeats, drum and bass, old-school jungle, trip hop and hip hop into their heavy, mechanical sound.

It is one of the more divisive records in the band's catalogue. Justin Broadrick said soon after release that he hated it, calling it the product of an identity crisis. Years later he softened that view, saying the hatred was overstated and that his real problem lay with its more cringe-worthy moments. For anyone tracing how far Godflesh were willing to stray from their earlier template, it makes for a revealing listen.
