Live From the Sun
Live From the Sun is a live album by the American heavy metal band Dokken, released on 18 April 2000 by CMC International Records. It was recorded at the Sun Theater in Anaheim, California, on 4 November 1999, and it catches the reunited band on stage without guitarist George Lynch.
The set draws on some of Dokken's best-loved songs, alongside two numbers from Erase the Slate, the studio album they had put out only a short while before. That makes it a snapshot of the band at a particular moment, playing old favourites next to fresh material. A video of the performance also appeared on VHS and DVD, so fans who want to see the show as well as hear it have that option.
