The Beatles’ Million Sellers
The Beatles' Million Sellers is a four-track EP on Parlophone, released on 6 December 1965. It was issued in mono only, with the catalogue number GEP 8946, and it also came out in New Zealand. Each song had already sold more than a million copies as a single, and each had been a UK number 1.
The EP gathers the band's chart-toppers into one handy package, and it was their second singles compilation in EP form, following The Beatles' Hits in September 1963. "She Loves You" was the biggest seller of the set, with 1.93 million copies. Apart from "Can't Buy Me Love", none of the songs had appeared on a Beatles album, so for many listeners this was the neat way to have those singles on one disc.
