Man in the Moon

Man in the Moon is an L.A. Guns album of glam metal and hard rock, released on Spitfire Records on 24 April 2001. It is the band's seventh album, following Cocked & Re-Loaded in 2000 and arriving a year before Waking the Dead.

The record marks the return of long-time vocalist Phil Lewis and guitarist Mick Cripps to the fold. It is also the only L.A. Guns album to feature bassist Mark Dutton, which gives it a small but distinct place in the band's long story. For anyone following the group beyond their late-80s and early-90s peak, it is a useful snapshot of the line-up in the early 2000s.
