Collector's Edition No. 1, also known simply as L.A. Guns, is the debut EP from the American hard rock band L.A. Guns. It was recorded in 1984 at Westwind Studios in Thousand Oaks, California, produced by Chuck Rosa, and released in 1985 by Raz Records.
It is a snapshot of a very early line-up. The EP is the only release to feature vocalist Michael Jagosz, bassist Ole Beich and drummer Rob Gardner, who all left soon afterwards. Guns, Beich and Gardner went on to co-found Guns N' Roses. The band's first full-length album did not arrive until 1988, so this is the place to hear where it all began.
