The Devil You Know
The Devil You Know is the twelfth studio album by American hard rock band L.A. Guns, released on 29 March 2019. Tracii Guns produced it himself, and it came out through Frontiers Records, a label long associated with melodic rock and metal.
It follows The Missing Peace from 2017 and arrives before Checkered Past in 2021, so it belongs to a busy later stretch for a band whose recording career began with their self-titled debut in 1988. If you came to L.A. Guns through Cocked & Loaded or Hollywood Vampires, this is a useful way to hear how the group sounds today, with the guitarist who founded the band running the sessions from the producer's chair.
