20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of L.A. Guns
This compilation gathers the best-known songs of L.A. Guns, the hard rock band whose studio releases run from their self-titled debut in 1988 through to Leopard Skin in 2025. It came out on Polydor on 12 April 2005, as part of the label's 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection series.
What sets it apart is that it uses the band's original recordings. Earlier compilations of their work, with the exception of Best Of: Hollywood a Go-Go, offered newly recorded versions of the hits instead. For anyone wanting the songs as they first sounded, this is the more faithful route in, and a handy way to get to know the band before exploring the full albums.
