All the Right Reasons
All the Right Reasons is Nickelback's fifth studio album, released in October 2005 on Roadrunner Records. It follows The Long Road from 2003 and is the first record to feature drummer Daniel Adair, formerly of 3 Doors Down, who joined in January 2005 in place of Ryan Vikedal. The sound sits across post-grunge, hard rock and pop rock, with an alternative metal edge in places.
It went to number one on the Canadian chart and the US Billboard 200, and seven singles were taken from it. It is the band's best-selling album, certified diamond by the RIAA and said to have sold 11 million copies worldwide, which places it among the biggest sellers of the 21st century. A 2020 anniversary edition added a remaster by Ted Jensen, extra songs and a second disc recorded at a 2006 South Dakota concert.
