Angry Machines is the seventh studio album by Dio, the American heavy metal band, and it follows Strange Highways from 1993. It came out on 4 October 1996 through Mercury Records in Japan, with a US release on Mayhem Records following on 15 October.

This was the last studio record to feature original drummer Vinny Appice and guitarist Tracy Grijalva, so it marks the end of a particular chapter in the band's line-up. It sold far below the level of the earlier Dio albums and was a commercial disappointment. That makes it a record for those who want to follow the band beyond the early-1980s run of Holy Diver and The Last in Line, and to hear where things stood in the mid-1990s before Magica arrived in 2000.
