Lullabies to Paralyze is the fourth studio album by American rock band Queens of the Stone Age, released in March 2005. It follows Songs for the Deaf and arrives after bassist Nick Oliveri was fired. Josh Homme and Mark Lanegan are the only players carried over from that previous record, and this would be the last QOTSA album with Lanegan as an official member.

It is also where drummer Joey Castillo and guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen first appear on a Queens record, so the band sounds newly shuffled here. The stoner rock and alternative metal leanings remain. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number five and has been certified gold in the UK. For anyone tracing the band's story, it marks a clear change of line-up between two chapters.
