Hombres

Hombres is a studio album by GUN, released on 12 April 2024. It is the band's tenth, arriving two years after The Calton Songs in 2022 and following a run of records that stretches back to Taking On the World in 1989.

That long career gives the record its context. GUN came up with Taking On the World, followed it with Gallus in 1992 and Swagger in 1994, and kept going through 0141 632 6326, Break the Silence, Frantic and Favourite Pleasures. For anyone who has followed the band since the early days, Hombres is the latest chapter in a story that has now spanned more than three decades, and a natural place to catch up with where they are today.
