Album
Saviors
Saviors is Green Day's fourteenth studio album, released on 19 January 2024 through Reprise Records. It follows Father of All Motherfuckers from 2020 and arrives nearly three decades after Dookie, with the band still working in a mix of punk rock, pop-punk, power pop and alternative rock.
Five singles were taken from it: "The American Dream Is Killing Me", "Look Ma, No Brains!", "Dilemma", "One Eyed Bastard" and "Bobby Sox". Critics were generally positive, and the record was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards. The band took it on the road for the Saviors Tour, which played 87 shows across six continents. If you've followed Green Day since the 1990s, it's a good place to hear where they stand now.
