SUPERCHARGED
Supercharged is the eleventh studio album by the American punk band the Offspring, released on 11 October 2024 on Concord Records. It follows Let the Bad Times Roll from 2021 and keeps the band in the hands of producer Bob Rock, who had already worked with them on their previous three records.
The real news is the line-up. Todd Morse steps up to become an official member on bass, and multi-instrumentalist Jonah Nimoy and drummer Brandon Pertzborn make their debuts on an Offspring album. That turns the group into a five-piece for the first time on record. If you've followed the band from Smash and Americana onwards, it's an interesting chapter to hear: pop-punk with a fresh set of players behind it.
