Album
¡Uno!
¡Uno! is Green Day's ninth studio album, released on 21 September 2012 through Reprise Records. It opens the ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, ¡Tré! trilogy, three albums issued between September and December that year. The band recorded it from February to June 2012 at Jingletown Studios in Oakland, California, and it follows 21st Century Breakdown in their catalogue.
What sets it apart is the line-up. Touring guitarist Jason White joined Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool in the studio, making this their first record as a quartet and giving the recordings a more live feel. Twelve songs include the singles "Oh Love", "Kill the DJ" and "Let Yourself Go". Reviews were generally positive, and it debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200, selling 139,000 copies in its first week.
