Album
Carved Into Stone
Carved Into Stone is the eighth studio album by the American metal band Prong, released on 24 April 2012 through Long Branch Records and SPV. It followed Power of the Damager from 2007 and came before Ruining Lives in 2014, so it sits in the middle of the band's later run of records.
Steve Evetts produced the album, and the cover artwork is by Vance Kelly. It reached No. 13 on the Top Heatseekers chart. For anyone tracing Prong's story beyond their early records of the late 1980s and early 1990s, it is a worthwhile stop, showing a band still working in heavy metal well into its third decade.
