Cleansing is the fourth studio album by Prong, the American heavy metal band, and it came out in 1994 on Epic. It followed Prove You Wrong, and it marked a change behind the desk: Terry Date took over production from Mark Dodson, who had overseen the previous two records. The line-up also gained two former Killing Joke members, Paul Raven on bass and John Bechdel on keyboards and programming.

Their presence fits the sound, which leans into industrial textures while keeping Prong's groove-heavy edge. The lead single, "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck", got heavy rotation on MTV and turned up on an episode of Beavis and Butt-Head. The band then toured as openers for Sepultura on the Chaos A.D. tour and for Pantera on Far Beyond Driven. It's a good place to hear Prong at their most mechanical and muscular.
