Prove You Wrong is the third studio album by American band Prong, released on 24 September 1991 through Epic. It follows Force Fed and Beg to Differ, and it is the only Prong record to feature Troy Gregory on bass. The band also tackle "(Get A) Grip (On Yourself)", originally recorded by the Stranglers.

It carries on the groove metal experiments that began on Beg to Differ, while easing back on the hardcore punk edge of their 1980s work. In its place comes a more adventurous mix, drawing on alternative rock, thrash, funk, progressive music and industrial sounds. Tommy Victor spent a year writing the lyrics, gathering sixteen years of experiences and anxieties into what he described as looking at the New York experience through a rat's eyes. It is a good one for anyone curious how Prong's sound grew.
