Ruining Lives
Ruining Lives is the ninth studio album from American band Prong, released in April 2014 on Steamhammer. It arrived two years after Carved Into Stone and sits firmly in thrash metal territory, part of a catalogue that stretches back to the band's debut, Force Fed, in 1988.
Tommy Victor produced the record alongside Steve Evetts, so it was shaped by hands that knew the band's sound well. A lyric video followed for "Turnover", which makes a handy place to start if you want a quick taste. The album also sits just before X-No Absolutes in 2016, so it's a useful stop for anyone tracing how Prong carried on through the 2010s.
