Zero Days is the twelfth studio album by American heavy metal band Prong, released on 28 July 2017 through Steamhammer/SPV. It arrived straight after X-No Absolutes, which came out the year before, and it continues a busy run that began with Carved Into Stone in 2012 and Ruining Lives in 2014. Prong's story stretches back to Force Fed in 1988, so this is a record from a band deep into its career.

Guitarist and vocalist Tommy Victor produced it with Chris Collier, a longtime collaborator who also engineered the sessions. That keeps the sound in the hands of people who know the band well, with Victor steering the songs from within. If you have followed Prong through the years and want to hear where they stood in the late 2010s, this is a good place to catch up.
