The Art of Live is Queensrÿche's live album, issued on both CD and DVD by Sanctuary Records on 20 April 2004. It was recorded on the 2003 tour that paired them with Dream Theater as co-headliners, in support of their studio album Tribe. The track listings are nearly identical, though the DVD drops "Anybody Listening?" and adds two covers played on stage with Dream Theater: Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" and The Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again".

It isn't a straight record of a typical night on that tour. Instead it gathers a selection that leans towards recent songs and acoustic material, so it works better as a snapshot of the band at that moment than as a definitive setlist. The DVD is filmed entirely in sepia, a choice that left some fans and reviewers disappointed. For anyone following the group's story between Tribe and Operation: Mindcrime II, it's a useful stop along the way.
