Classic Masters

Released11 March 2003
Popularity4.1

Classic Masters is a compilation from Queensrÿche, the American progressive metal band, and the second collection of its kind in their catalogue. Capitol Records put it out on 11 March 2003, and it carries the traditional heavy metal tag.

It arrived in the same year as Tribe, their eighth studio album, and it sits within a discography that began with The Warning in 1984 and takes in Operation: Mindcrime in 1988 and Empire in 1990. For anyone wanting a compact way into the band's earlier work, or a tidy set to sit alongside the full albums, it offers a ready starting point.
