Us and the Night
Us and the Night is the sixth studio album by American rock band 3 Doors Down, released on 11 March 2016 through Republic Records. It followed Time of My Life from 2011, and that five-year wait was the longest the band had left between studio albums up to that point. It also introduced a changed line-up, with Chet Roberts on lead guitar and Justin Biltonen on bass.
The record sits in the pop rock and alternative rock territory the band had worked in since The Better Life. Three singles came from it: "In the Dark", "Still Alive" and "The Broken". It entered the Billboard 200 at number 14, and the band headlined tours across Europe and North America to support it. Reviews were mixed, but it is worth hearing as the last album Brad Arnold sang on before his death in 2026.
