Regular Urban Survivors is the third album by British rock band Terrorvision, released on 11 March 1996 through EMI. It followed Formaldehyde and How to Make Friends and Influence People, and came two years before Shaving Peaches. The record is filed under glam rock, and it spawned four singles: "Perseverance", "Easy", "Bad Actress" and "Celebrity Hit List".

Football fans of a certain age may well know some of it without realising. "Perseverance" and "Celebrity Hit List" both turned up regularly as soundtrack to Match of the Day's goal of the week. The sleeve has fun with a movie theme, casting the band as an elite fighting force in the mould of James Bond or Mission: Impossible. The album clearly stayed close to the band's hearts, too: for its 20th anniversary they played it in full on their 2016 UK tour.
