Refresh the Demon
Refresh the Demon is the fifth studio album by Canadian thrash metal band Annihilator, released in March 1996. It arrived after King of the Kill in 1994 and just ahead of Remains in 1997, so it sits right in the middle of a busy run of records for the band in the mid-1990s.
The label details are worth knowing if you collect the band's catalogue: the album came out through Far East Metal Syndicate, with a UK and European release on 11 March 1996. For anyone tracing how Annihilator moved from the early days of Alice in Hell and Never, Neverland towards their long, prolific career, this is the fifth step along the way and a useful one to hear in sequence.
