Album
Tribe
Tribe is Queensrÿche's eighth studio album, released on 22 July 2003 through Sanctuary Records. The Seattle-area band, working in a blend of hard rock and traditional heavy metal, produced it themselves, with Scott Olson engineering and Adam Kasper handling the mix.
It arrived after Q2K in 1999 and ahead of Operation: Mindcrime II in 2006, so it sits at a point where the band were steering their own sound from the controls. Fans following the group's long run from The Warning onwards will find it an interesting stop along the way, and one worth hearing in its own right.
