Still, Alive… and Well? is a Megadeth compilation on Sanctuary Records, released on 10 September 2002. It arrived after Dave Mustaine disbanded the group, seemingly for good, when a serious nerve injury struck him that year, and it was put out to fulfil the band's contract with the label. It was also the last Megadeth release featuring co-founder and bassist David Ellefson until he returned eight years later.

The first six tracks come from the same live recording as Rude Awakening, while the rest are picked from The World Needs a Hero. The title is borrowed from Mustaine's reply when an interviewer asked what he wanted written on his tombstone. Read that way, it makes a wry full stop to a chapter of the band's story, and it is worth hearing for the live material and for the line-up's final bow.
