iTunes Live From SoHo
iTunes Live From SoHo is a live album from Counting Crows, released on 22 July 2008 on Geffen. It comes from a series of recordings made by various artists at the Apple Store in New York's SoHo neighbourhood, and it was available as a digital exclusive through iTunes, with a later home on Apple Music.
The band recorded it in March 2008, while they were out on tour promoting their studio album Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings. That places it at a busy moment in the American alternative rock group's story, with new songs fresh in their hands. For fans of the band, it offers a snapshot of how they sounded in a small, intimate setting during that run.
